Melton House Care Home

Melton House is a new 67 bed luxury care home completed in February 2016 and is owned by the Prestwick Care Group (part of Malhotra Group Plc) providing luxurious care facilities for residents with general nursing, residential and dementia needs.

Each bedroom includes en-suite facilities, specialist beds, TV and internet access. The 3 floor building includes TV lounges, dining rooms, activity and games rooms, cinema and hair salon.

Hepple Engineering was employed via Pyeroy construction Ltd (Wood Group PSN) and we had responsibility for all electrical installations on this new build including:
• Fire Alarms
• Access Control
• Nurse call systems
• TV, Wifi & Data
• Telephones
• All electrical services
• Cabling infrastructure
