Metrovick House – Student Accommodation

Metrovick House is a former office building in Newcastle City Centre. The 1930’s building spans 7 floors and has been re-developed into student accommodation comprising 63 self contained studios and a communal area.

The scope of works included :
All Electrical and power distribution
Lighting & emergency Lighting
Fire Alarms
Disabled Refuge System
Door entry and access systems
CCTV, TV & Data Systems
LED Lighting
