VERMONT APARTHOTEL – Quayside Newcastle

A luxury hotel with a difference … After a multi-million pound regeneration project the Vermont ApartHotel opened in August 2015, marking the revival of a building on Newcastle’s Quayside by developers Gainford Group

The interior, designed by Sunderland based Space ID, has two penthouse suites – including the Dom Perignon Penthouse – overlooking the River Tyne and 11 luxury one and two-bedroom apartments.

What sets the hotel apart from others is the fact that each apartment has a high-spec kitchen, living room, dining room and ensuite bathroom so that guests can choose to self-cater if they want, in a luxury setting. Other luxury touches are available too, including the chauffeur driven Rolls Royce, pillow menu, in-room spa treatments and the use of a personal chef.
